What’s the difference between General Admission and a Spotlight Speaker?
✨ General Admission gives you full access to all 3 days of sessions, red carpet entry, panels, and celebrity guests.
👑 Spotlight Speakers (in person) includes everything in General Admission plus: A 3 minute Spotlight Speaker Spot on Stage (or virtually), an exclusive VIP networking event, priority seating, and extra media/photo opportunities.
Will I be on camera?
This event is filmed live for Binge TV and distributed to over 1 BILLION screens. While cameras primarily capture the stage and red carpet, audience shots are often included. By attending, you may appear on camera as part of the live experience.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable up until October 31, 2025. If you can’t attend, you may gift or resell your ticket.
What’s the dress code?
Think Hollywood glam. Dress in something that makes you feel powerful, confident, and camera-ready — neutral tones, metallics, and bold statement looks are perfect for the red carpet.
Can I upgrade my General Admission ticket to VIP later?
Yes - as long as VIP Spolights are still available. But keep in mind, VIP always sells out first, so we recommend upgrading early if you want the full experience.
What time does the event run each day?
Doors open at 9am for coffee and networking, and sessions run into the evening. The detailed schedule will be released closer to the event, but plan to be fully present November 12–14, 2025.
Are meals included?
Meals are not included with General Admission. There are onsite and restaurants close by.
Will there be hotel room blocks available?
Yes - there are a very limited amount of rooms will that we be available at The W Hollywood for attendees. Details will be sent after registration. You can book directly with the W Hotel as well.
